The service

ItsAI Guard provides a guard inspection and security-management platform. During the MVP phase, features may change and availability is provided on a best-effort basis.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
• Guards must only submit genuine inspection data captured on-site.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to falsify inspection records, interfere with its operation, or access data you are not authorised to see.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
