This policy explains how ItsAI Guard ("we") collects and uses personal data when you use our website and Security Operations Platform. We are committed to processing data lawfully under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Account data: name, email and role for people who sign up.
• Contact data: name, email, phone and message when you contact us.
• Operational data: checkpoint photos, GPS location during a round, timestamps and answers submitted by guards on shift.

How we use it

• To provide the inspection service and produce reports for the guard company and its clients.
• To authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
• To respond to enquiries you send us.

Location & photos

GPS location and photos are captured only during an active patrol, to prove presence at a checkpoint. They are stored securely and used for inspection reporting and quality control.

Legal basis

We process data to perform our contract with the guard company (service delivery), on the basis of legitimate interests (security and accountability), and consent where required.

Retention

Operational records are retained for as long as needed to serve the client contract and to meet legal or insurance requirements, then deleted or anonymised.
